Career Guidance
Special career guidance and placement programmes are also part of our skill development efforts for children and women in backward areas.
Motivational Workshops
Women leaders in rural communities are often not equipped with the necessary leadership skills and as a consequence they have poor self esteem and high levels of anxiety which limit their roles in their communities. Hence, we identify, award and motivate such women, in order to see them in bigger and more productive roles.
